IP-only video intercoms are a modern, more advanced option. These intercoms offer a higher-resolution, better dynamic range making it easier to see in the dark, advanced features such as face detection, digital zoom and remote access, and rely on a CAT-5 cable to run from the the house to the unit to connect your system together. These systems can be more expensive to install, however if you’re upgrading from a previous IP-intercom, this will significantly reduced the cost and difficulty of install.

Our Analogue cameras offer a more simple installation for those who have no existing intercom system, and can still be connected to via WiFi if set up for it. These units are built for extensive longevity, and their long-standing reputation make them a very popular choice, but support a lower frame rate, lower picture quality and lack the smart features of IP intercoms.

Both options make fantastic choices, with offerings that match every situation.
